I have lived and worked in my hometown of Parsippany for 25 years and have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2022. I've completed my massage therapy schooling in New Jersey at The Institute of Therapeutic Massage. 

I practice massage because I have always loved helping and healing those in need. Before massage, I realized that I loved helping people when I volunteered for my community of Parsippany as an Emergency Medical Technician. Volunteering fueled my passion of health and wellness because it is simply what my heart is called to do. When you get asked, "If you could have one super power, what would it be?" Many would always answer either flying or invisibility, right? However, my answer was always healing powers. Massage is my super power. The amazing benefits of massage target not only physical health, but also mental health and emotional wellness. Massage is the power of touch that enables mind and body connection to obtain recovery, relaxation, and pain relief with a higher level of natural healing.
